Invisalign® is the clear way to straighten teeth without braces, using aligners. Aligners are removable and virtually invisible, which means you can straighten your teeth without anyone knowing; and you can still eat and drink what you want. Also, you can brush and floss normally to maintain healthy gums and teeth; and there are no wires, metal or brackets to cause mouth abrasions.

Many of our patients had never considered traditional braces but are now happily and comfortably improving their smiles with Invisalign®.

INVISALIGN INSTRUCTIONS

• Aligners(or trays) come with two containers, one for the current set of aligners that you are in and the other for the previous set you just switched out of


• You will wear each set of aligners for 2 to 3 weeks or as instructed by Dr. Coles


• Your aligners are to be worn at least 22 hours per day, expect when you are eating, drinking or brushing


• It is OK to drink water with them in, but if you eat or drink anything other than that, they should be removed


• When you take them out to brush your teeth, just brush your aligners as well and this will ensure that they stay clean


• When you take them out, be sure to store them in one of the cases that we proided you


• Do Not wrap them in a napkin because it's the easiest way to loose them or throw them out in the trash


• Do Not boil them in water or soak them in any cleaning solutions. They are sensitive to heat and could warp or distort


• Do Not leave them in your car, especially during our hot Arizona summers!


• Replacing them costs $100 per aligner, so keep good track of them!

If you do lose one, make sure you place your previous aligners back in and call us as soon as possible. Never go without your aligners! Please feel free to call our office with any questions or concerns.
